Unspecified Error Message

Whenever I go from one webpage to another, I receive and error message that says, "Unspecified Error" and it asks me if I want to debug. When I click yes, nothing happens. Does any know how I can fix or get rid or this?

Open IE >Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
Check:
Disable script debugging

Uncheck:
Display a notification about every script error
