Unsend an email that was sent

Is there any way to unsend an email once it was sent?

There's Message Recall if you use Exchange Server, but note it rarely rarely
rarely works even then, so the honest answer is, no, unfortunately.

Sure...
Open the message that the user already sent in his/her
sent items, then on the menue, click 'Action' and then
click 'Recall this message...'
You will see a message then within few seconds notifying
you that the message was recalled successfully :)
Good Luck.

Yes, and you will be sent a congratulations from the President of the United
States for every message that is successfully recalled, you will be admired
by men for your strength, sought by women for your virility, desired by
Hollywood for your amazing acumen...

IOW, it simply doesn't work, especially without Exchange.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the Swen
virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted
w/out reading.
