Unrecognized File Versions

I have Windows 2000 Professional and I am receiving the message Windows File
Protection - "Files that are required to run properly have been replaced by
unrecognized versions". What is the best procedure to take care of this?
 
Run Sfc /scannow from the command prompt. It will ask for the cd and will
replace all the protected system files by the original signed versions in the
cd.
