Unrecognised Database Format

Hi, a client has sent me their Access database but when I try and open it Im
getting a message saying "Unrecognised Database Format" is this because it
was designed in Access 2000 and Ive got Access 97?? or is it something else?

Yes, exactly that.

Ask them to convert it to Acc97 before sending it to you...
