Unread email not showing as Bold

[Slarty Bartfast]

A few here seem to be having the same sporadic problem of unread emails
sometimes not showing up as unread (I mean, not "bold" in the inbox). This
makes it dangerously easy to overlook an email.
Any suggestions please.

What version of Outlook are you running and what mode (Corp/Workgroup,
Internet Mail Only, etc.) do you have it installed in? If you're not
sure, check Help | About.

My initial guess is that something is actually marking them as read.

Not sure - I will go and check - I am using View > Current View > Messages
and don't have a problem.

Just checked and two users have different settings - so I don't see this as
common denominator...
