Unopened emails are automatically being sent to my delete items folder
(Outlook 2003)
 
Best to ask this in an Outlook newsgroup. This group is for Microsoft
Access, a relational database program. However, I can say that you may want
to check your Rules Wizard.
 
I'd suggest asking this question in a newsgroup that's related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
