You are under attack from the MSBLASTER worm. Obviously you don't have a
working firewall, and are behind on your critical updates. Try

groups.google.com 'windows XP MSblaster worm' for more collected wisdom
than you could possibly need.

or even groups.google.com 'NT Authority System shutdown'

Your system is infected by RPC (W32.Blaster) Worm. This is causing the
system to shutdown abnormally.

Blaster Worm, a kind of virus, is your problem.
Go to McAfee.com and get Stinger to fix your computer. It is free.
You need to turn on your firewall.
