Unmatched Query

I have created a Select query that will select records from Table A that do
not have a corresponding record in Table B. That seems to be working fine.

My problem is that now I want to delete those records from Table A. The
Delete Records option is not available on the Edit menu, so I cannot select
them and delete them that way. When I change the query to a Delete Query, I
get a message "Could not delete from specified tables".

In the Query properties set the 'Unique Records' property to Yes

You can't click the "Delete Record" button on the standard toolbar???

Forgive my stupidity, but I looked in every place I know of but cannot find a
Unique Records property on the query. Can you guide me?

When I use the Edit menu after the query results appear, most of the menu
except the Select Records options are grayed out.

In the query design, from the Menu bar select View then Properties.
