Unlocking User Accounts

N

Nancy Wrenn

The user accounts (I have three) have locked up and I
cannot use but one of the accounts. I went back to control
panel and the way user accounts log on and off. It says
that CLIENT SERVICES FOR NETWARE has locked the welcome
screen and guick switch account (start + l) and if I
uninstall Client Service for Netware I can go back to
welcome screen etc.

I cannot find ANYTHING except for one icon that says
CSFN and when I try to open it, it says service has not
been started. If it hasn't been started, how do I
uninstall it?

Thanks so much for any help. I have hit a brick wall, but
KNOW there is a way.

Right click My Network Places and select Properties. Then right click your
network connection and select Properties. On the General tab, you'll see
This connection uses the following. Highlight Client Services for Netware
and click Uninstall.
