Changing the Way Users Log on (UserAccounts)

Hello,
I noticed that my user accounts format had changed suddenly (without my
input) so I went into Useraccounts, and under "change the way users log on or
off" but when I clicked on this, I got a message that stated "Client services
for Netware has disabled the welcome screen and faster user switching. To
restore these features, you much uninstall client services for Netware."
I have no idea what Netware is or how I can find it on my computer to
uninstall it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
