unlocking toolbars

hi.
i want to get rid of one of my toolbars, but every time i
right-click on the toolbars to unlock them none of the
options are available.
please help!!

No idea why unlocking them should help but try this:

Using ToolbarCop to remove the unwanted Toolband, Toolbar Icons and
BHO:
