Unlocking private 'my documents'

hello all.

i bought new pc, and sold my old one, and i took my hd
from my old pc puted in the new pc and wanted to open 'my
document'.
i got message 'access denied', i remembered that in my
old pc i used the 'make this folder private' and now i
can't access it.
i must have access, please let me know how to solve this,
this is very important to me.
