Unlock the taskbar

Under the Taskbar properties is a checkbox to "Lock the Taskbar". On my
system this function is grayed out and I cannot uncheck the option. Can
anyone provide me some guidance on how to enable this command in the
properties so I can reposition my quick launch?

HI,

So, you don't have the permission to change the value. It's a group policiy
effect.
So contact your administrator or log in as administrator or an other user
account with administrator permissons.
