Unkown Reviewer Name

Multiple users in our office report an unknown name displays as a Reviewer.
Even without a document open, this name is displayed (the only name
displayed). Any ideas? Is it a default thing?

In some previous cases this was found to be a reviewer whose name had not
been deleted from an add-in that loads at Word Startup. I forget what the
add-in was.
