Unknown URL redirected to searchpage.cc

Whenever I goto an invalid URL my browser gets redirected
to http://searchpage.cc. This also happens when I click
on a .exe type URL, instead of asking to run or save,
browser gets redirected to searchpage.cc

How do I get rid of this behavior?

Requires CWShredder 1.56.2
