Thank you, everyone, for all of your generous suggestions. I've read them
all and appreciate all of your input. However, I should have also mentioned
that on the same day that I ran my anti-virus scans, I also ran a
Spyware/Adware scan with my computer's Spyware/Adware detection and removal
program. . .this also came back clean. I am happy with my Spyware removal
program because of it's effectiveness and ease of use; unfortunately, my
computing skills weren't up to the task of implementing some of your
suggestions. However, my question was more for piece of mind than anything
else; also, my system doesn't "seem" to behave any differently. Again, thank
you all for your input, it was greatly appreciated.
