unknown program UipopoupHidden

Whenever I restart my computer it tries to end the program "UiPopupHiden",
which does not respond.

Any idea what this program is all about and how to get rid of it if it is no
good?

Reading through some of the links I find that Freedom antivirus is giving
this error. Other posters indicated that they were using a different
antivirus given by their ISP such as NTGuard. These other antivirus
packages probably use the Freedom engine.

So look at what antivirus you are using and go to its support site or do
another Google search similar to:

"Freedom Antivirus [substitute the name of your AV if you don't have
Freedom] + UIPopupHidden"
