unknown login and password

When using my computer for home, it automatically log
onto windows xp pro. Now that I am using my computer at
work, IT person changed setting so I must log on with log
on name and password (he set up a new domain). Now I can
not get to my "home" stuff, I am being asked for a name
and password. I don't recall ever entering one.

All of your previous Documents Etc should be in a folder on your system drive. Documents and settings and then a user account the user account probebly is administrator. if you try and access that folder and it says access denied. Then your new Logon Credentials do not have admin rights. What youl need to do is have your IT guy log on as a local or domain admin and change the security settings for that folder and allow your user account to access itor just copy and paste it to a different directory that you do have rights.
