Unknown keyboard characters while typed

Hi,

I have Arabic Language installed in my WIN2k, and I use Arabic(101) and
English keyboard layouts. Apparently, Since I have downloaded the patch for
IE 6, I noticed that I am not able to type anything in arabic in IE Text box,
fields. When I change my keyboard layout to arabic and type, its typing with
an unknown language*for eg; when i press "A" its typing "4".

This problem is only with IE, I can type arabic in MS word and other windows
based applications.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
