Hi Yasmin,
Assuming you have Multilingual Package installed on your system, hence you
said you can Edit in Excel and Word.

To Set Up OutLook 2003:
1 - Click on the Tools >> Options; and you will see=> References | Mail
Setup | Mail Format | Spelling | Security | Other | Right-to-Left .
click on * Mail Format * Tab and then on International Options Button while
there be sure you checked [√] use Ms Word to edit e-mail msg.
Under Encoding Options Header:
[√] Auto-Select encoding for outgoing messages check this box

Preferred encoding for outgoing messages:

[ Arabic (windows) â–¼] from the drop down Menu select this
Option Arabic (windows) click [OK] to confirm your Settings.

= Click on Right-to-Left Tab and under layout Option:
Check this Option;
(*) Right to Left check this Radio Button
( ) Left to Right Not in my setting I left this option Checked and I'm
still can Edit in Arabic Language!.

Global text:
( ) Left to Right (*) Context Check this Radio Button ( )
Right to Left

Click Ok to confirm and back to your Outlook Inbox and try to edit a message
to someone as test or to your other Account say Yahoo.
End for Outlook 2003.

// **********************************//

To the other E-mail you need to set Language Option or Add the Arabic
language to your Browser.
To do that:
1 = Click on the Start button.
2 = Click on Control Panel.
3 = Double Click on Network and Internet Connections.
3 = Double click on Interent Options and on the General Tab click on the
Languages Button.
There you can Add a new language in addetion to the English language.
Also on Font Button try to set the font for the Arabic Language there (be
sure to write the setting there before you change
you may need to go back to English after you finish with Arabic).

Click Ok and try to Open your Yahoo, Hotmail and Edit a message hopefully
you will be able to edit in arabic and youcan switch in between English and
Arabic as you want.

Or on View >> Encoding >> More Arabic (Iso)
Arabic (ASMO)
Arabic (DOS)
Arabic (Windows)
select this

View >> Encoding >> Be sure AutoSelect is checked/Selected and
Right-to-Left is also Selected.
HTH.
Please let us know if you need further help. ( Happy Eid)
