How do I stop the "Unknown Handler" box coming up?

It says:

Unknown Handler
Unable to find an application to hand the protcol
"http" of the hyperlink you selected.

Please type in the path of the application to handle
this URL or click the Browse button.

No, it would say exactly that.
Please supply the exact error message.
You will probably have to correct the association but we need to be
sure which protocol.
