unknown error windowa mail

I have MSG in my out box that will not send or delet. It is preventing my
from sending any mail. after tying to send or delet I mail displays a
"unkkown error ?

This fix states a specific case but has been known to fix other mail
folders. Also, the present thinking is that the problem is caused by
various Antivirus software misbehaving. The fix may be needed again.
