unknown error messagen in out box

I have tried the options given but nothing is working or the computer won't
allow access. I have had no problem until just now, why did it just happen
and if i dump the system back to factory will that take care of it??

The problem with undeletable or stuck messages in the Outbox
seems to be very prevalent. Getting another Vista computer
won't help, since it will likely develop the same problem.
My advice is to hang in there, just ignore the error messages,
until such time as Microsoft releases a patch for the problem.

Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. If Windows Mail
just doesn't work for you, try a different mail program, such as
web mail, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003/2007, or Mozilla Thunderbird.
