Unknown entries in MSCONFIG?

I have two entries in MSCONFIG\Startup tab which I can't identify and don't
know if I can safely disable them. They are:

1. UpdReg HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
2. schedhlp HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Using XP Pro with SP2. Would appreciate any help in identifying them.

Thanks for the prompt reply and the links, it seems I can safely disable the
UpdReg but will leave the True Image one.
