unknown download

After getting on the net it continulely downloads data. I have windows auto
updata off. How can I tell where this data is being downloaded from and how
to stop it.

Try:

netsat -a

at the Command Prompt gives to list current connections. There's firewall
software that can block things - even Windows Firewall can stop some things.
Update your anti-virus/anti-spyware and do scans.
