Unknown Character - Roady

Dear Roady,

I have send a mail from OL2003(winxp)to OL2000,XP etc,
when it received to the recepient side, the mail contents
is garbage(some unknown font formats)but the subject is in
English(that is same).My send item shows the contents
exactly in english.

How can I solve this

Hi Anver,

In what format did you send it? Plain Text, HTML, Rich Text? What encoding
do you have configured in Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button
International Options...?

Plain text, encoding is Western European but not western
european(ISO)
autoselect for outgoing message is checked

Change it to the ISO format and try again

Roady,

Thanks Roady, it is working.

Now I have setup outlook express for this newsgroup, but I
can't see some of the messages, especially this reply from
you and I really came to the newsgroup site and got the
message.
I have send a message with a screen shot attachment, that
is showing in the outlook express but not in the web based
news group, how can I solve this message disappearing
issues in outlook express or webbased newsgroup?

It could be that the web interface application strips attachments.
