Units of Measure - Regional Settings

I can't change from millimeters to inches in Excel or Access (2000) and was
advised to try Regional Settings, but I don't see units of measure in there
anywhere. You can change just about everything else, but I can't find a way
to change to inches. Can anyone help?

Hi,

Under Regional and Language options, click "customize" on the Regional
Options, then on the numbers tab near the bottom is the option to switch
measurement systems.

No english menu around, however, "Customize" button > change from Metric
to US at the bottom.

Who needs inches rather than millimeters. ;)

Those of us that have been using the English system of measure in the USA
since the 1600s. And no, I am not that old. ;-)

AFAIK, the US Army is using the metric system for long time. What about
switching from Pounds per Square Inch (air pressure at the gas station)
to units that the rest of the world knows and doesn't kill the tires?

In about ten years when we all speak Spanish here, maybe that'll happen.
