Run a search of your harddrive for Limewire and just rightclick and click
delete every incident. Also, you can run a search/find in your Registry for
Limewire. Start>Run>type regedit and press OK. Click Edit and then Find
type limewire then Find, also rightclick each incident and click delete. In
the Registry click F3 to find all incidents of Limewire.

another post of mine...is my hard drive C:? Also I searched in my files and
folders to see if anything from limewire still remains and there was one item
and it said Cannot delete file:Cannot read from the source file or disk. I
look forward to your reply.

What problem did you have with Limewire? I always found it to be amongst
the best of the peer to peer apps?

Hi marco...my computer was running fine until i downloaded limewire...I now
am working on unistalling it and all the malware and pop-ups that i have
gotten since joining up. Also I went to their help forums a couple of times
and people are very small minded and ignorant there....So even though i've
paid for my subscription I won't use it again...I guess everyone to each
their own...Good luck with it.

Yes, your harddrive is "C", unless you have two of them, which may be
your "D" drive. In your case your "D" is probably your CD/DVD.

If you are referring to eDonkey, delete everything related to it.
It is P2P (peer to peer), which is file sharing, and technically illegal.
