Unistall Software

I have a program that does not have an uninstall and will not uninstall
fron Add/Remove in Control Panel. Is there an uninstall program available to
do this?

Is there no uninstall option via Start>Programs? Or possibly directly from
the program's folder in Windows Explorer.

There is no uninstall from start/programs. The unistall in Windows
Explorer does not do anything.

Try reinstalling/uninstalling the program. One of the uninstall files could
have been deleted or may be corrupted.
