Uniprint printing problem

I am having trouble printing from a laptop when connected to a
terminal server via VPN.

Usually what happens is, if the printer is a network printer,
Uniprint queue print jobs and starts printing when VPN is
disconnected. That is because VPN blocks all other network access.

But from some computers I can never print to a network printer. No
error messages, uniprint goes through the procedure but printer
doesn't receive any information, even when I disconnect from VPN.

I 'd appreciate any suggestions

What happens when you remove the VPN from the loop?
Have you contacted uniprint?
