Hi Dragon15,
You'll have to use an ADMINISTRATOR account to start the installation.
Here's why:
InstallShield is trying to delete UNINST.EXE from the Windows directory so
that it can install a newer version. If you don't have the rights to do this, it will
presume that unInstallShield is already running, and give you that error message.
