uninstalling windows 2000

None of my daughter's games (mathblaster, madelene, etc.)
work now that I have installed windows 2000 and there are
no product upgrades available. How can I uninstall windows
2000 and reinstall windows 98? All of her games worked
fine in that platform.
Thanks for any info, my daughter is not happy with me
right now.
