I had Windows XP, I just installed Vista Business; it is HORRIBLE, it goes at
a snails pace. I tried to uninstall it using System Restore but this only
covered times when I had Vista on my PC. I tried the XP installation disc but
the install windows section was greyed out.....I need some help

If neither of these links helps in your situation, you will need to do a
clean install of XP by booting from the XP CD.

Restore a computer to a previous Windows installation after you install
Windows Vista - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933168/en-us

Uninstall - You cannot uninstall Windows Vista by using the "Uninstall a
program" option of the Programs and Features Control Panel tool -

Back up your data first and then:

What you will need on-hand
