Is there a way to un-install software and hardware from the command line or from a batch file?

Yes and no.
To be more specific you should do also :)

Since uninstalling hardware requires manual tasks (no robot present) you
possibly mean drivers?

For software, it depends on what was used to install it.

For hardware, no. You have to physically remove it from the computer. :)

Thanks for the humorless political satire. Some of it may have actually
been understandable if it weren't for the grade-school-level Photoshopping
job. I've seen 3-year-olds draw better with crayons. What did this have to
do with the OP's question?

Spam.
