Uninstalling preinstalled XP SP2

Is there any way to uninstall XP SP2 from a copy of Windows XP that had winxp
sp2 pre-installed? This is the only way specialized Siemens softwares would
work.

If it doesn't list SP2 in "Add/Remove programs" in Control Panel, then no,
AFAIK.....

If the PC came with XP SP2 already installed, then there is no way to
uninstall that option.

No. SP2 is embedded in the operating system if
Windows XP with SP2 came preinstalled on a new PC.
