I don't think you can. I've just scanned through Google and I'm still
clicking links but it seems that it can't be done.
Perhaps someone in the microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.setup group might
know an answer to this but IIRC uninstalling it (or trying to I should say)
tells you that it is a part of the OS and can't be uninstalled.
