Uninstalling Muliple Instalations of Windows XP

My dad thinks that installing windows XP again will solve
any problem on the computer, and hes installed it around
3 times and its really taking up a lot of drive space and
I want to know how to unintall 2 of them. Thanks.
 
If your dad has a Cd-rw drive, tell him to back up all his important files
and do a format and clean install.
