Uninstalling IE7

How can I uninstall internet explorer 7 and get my ie6 sp1 back?

Start | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs

IE7 is not listed as a removeable program.
If I removed it, how can I get IE6 back? The MS download page only lists
SP1 for IE6.
Will a restore to last week before I downloaded IE7 restore me back to IE6?

In Add or Remove Programs have you checked the box at the top for "Show
Updates"?

Ok. Found IE7 and removed it. Now, how do I get IE6 back???

If you used the add/remove programs then it should have rolled back to IE6
when you uninstalled IE7

OOPS, one more question. How do I get the Internet Explorer icon (blue e
with a gold strip) back on the task bar next to the Start button?

You should be able to drag it from the desktop to the Quick Launch area,
widen the bar if necessary. If not then run this in the Start | Run box:

"%SystemRoot%\System32\shmgrate.exe" OCInstallShowIE
