I noticed an enormus ammount of Hotfix files for SP2 17 to
be exact, ranging is size 18.55 MB to 24.08 MB and 11
security patches from KB812017 to KB828305 all 18.55 MB
was wanting to know if it would be safe to remove them, if
anyone knows.....? I have read that Hotfix files are files
stored because they are not Pass MS file security strange
they are suposed to be SP2 files...

The Hotfixes that you can uninstall are located in add/remove programs.

You read wrong. The hotfixes are the security updates to Windows
that you've been installing. Remove them at your peril, since
doing so will re-expose you to all of those security weaknesses.
