Uninstalling CD Writing Program in WinXP Professional

Please show me how to uninstall the CD writing program
that was installed by Windows XP Professional. It is
interfering with Nero 5.5.
Everytime I try to rename a new folder in a CDRW disk, I
got the message saying that incorrect parameters were
used and refuses to rename it. I have no problem doing
the same for a new folder in my harddrive. I am using
InCD that came with Nero 5.5.

My Computer - r-click the drive; Properties, Recording page, uncheck
'Enable recording'
