Uninstalling Applications

I cannot uninstall an application from Add/Delete Progams in the Control Panel. Also the application has an uninstall feature that doesn't work. I get a RUNDLL error message "Error loading C:\..\..\..\path <UNINSTALL_CMD>" The specified path could not be found.

I have already tried to reinstall the application over the current version of the app, but it won't let me.

Is there something I can do with InstallShield?

How do I uninstall the app?
