RR pounded out on the keyboard:

Ok so I uninstalled QT again and installed QT Lite without the codec pack
but that of course was a no go. So uninstalled QTLite and reinstalled QT
again and that seems to have fixed the problem. mov videos are working again.

Flamer? Excuse me, I answered all your questions! And you failed to
answer my single question to you!

Next time be truthful about your knowledge. No one makes fun of an
inexperienced user. But when someone tries to pull off being "all
knowing" and their questions make it obvious they don't, then they're
the one who's opened the door for a little jesting.
