Uninstall WinXP Pro

I got a standalone(non-oem) version of WinXP Pro. The license says that I can
install on another machine if I uninstall it from my current machine.
How do I UNINSTALL WinXP Pro from a machine?

I thought the uninstall will let MS know so that I can activate it after
