Uninstall Vista RC1

Hello; Would like to know the best way to uninstall Vist RC1 on dual boot
system with XP Pro ? Haven't installed yet but just would like to be prepared.

Yeah... I have Vista RC1 on a dual boot with XP and I'd like to know how to
uninstall RC1 too... I'm planning to just get rid of vista and it's boot
manager and then delete the partition using GParted Live... then I'm going to
install Ubuntu 6.06.

Any help on the best and safest way to get rid of Vista and it's boot things
would be greatly appreciated!
