Uninstall USB Driver

I had a USB Satellite Broadband connection a while ago, but got rid of it.
I thought I uninstalled it correctly, but I noticed this in my event log:

The Satellite Receiver USB Driver service failed to start due to the
following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Any ideas where I can go to remove it? It's not in Add/Remove Programs.

Try lookin in Hardware manager under either USB or Modem
or Network Adapters im sure you know what its name is,
right click select uninstall that should fix it

It was not in Device Manager under USB, Modem, or Network Adapters.
