I installed PCTV rave software and and went wrong. So, I uninstalled it through Control Panel/Add-Remove Programmes. Reboot the system and proceeded to install it again. Unfortunately, I received the message "a previous PCTV installation has been detected, this must be unisnstalled through Control Panel-add/remove Programmes. When I go there I cannot find any entry on the list.
I have already run Regcleaner to clean the registry of the Pinnacle Systems (maker of the tv-viewing card PCTV Rave). However, I keep getting the same installation error that a previous installation has been detected.
Could anyone suggest a way to work around my pain-in the-neck problem?
