I'm trying to install Hallmark Card Studio on my
computer. It keeps giving me an error message that says
the UnInstallShield is currently running and to stop it.
How?

Did you uninstall some software that requires a restart? If yes, restart
before running the Hallmark setup.
If no, try some general installation tips: Delete existing folders and
files in your Temp folders (the hidden folders Document and Settings\<your
account>\Local Settings\Temp, Windows\Temp and C:\Temp if you use this as a
temp location too). Turn off antivirus software after scanning installation
files for virus. Close other open programs (listed under Applications in
Task Manager). Run setup for the new application. If you continue to have
trouble, check the online tech support at the Hallmark site for
installation help.
