Hi,

The printer I wish to remove doesn't have an unistall option when I look at
it under "Start Programs Epson". So I went to the Add/Remove program
section of Control Panel...no printers listed. The view shows icons and only
shows some programs. There is a pull down to list by "Name, Size, Frequency
of Use, and Date of Last use" but, this still only lists a few programs. (
programs listed include: Adobe Acrobat, AnswerWorks Runtime, Users Guides,
Easy CD Creator, Micosoft Office to mention a few.)
Is there some way to reconfigure the view so it shows details insted of
icons? Would that help? Why isn't the Epson printer listed as a program
that can be removed or unistalled?

Thank You!

Hello Step....

Printer is a peripheral device so it is not listed in Add - Remove Programs
Basically u have to remove he Printer by pointing to---
Start-Settings-Printer and Faxes.
Here u will see the listing of all the available printers
To remove any of the Printer , right click the printer name and select
Delete . A confirmation dialogue box will appear asking for somewhat like "R
u sure want to remove ur Printer" Select OK

This will remove ur printer

There is no "Settings" under my "Start" bar. The printer/Fax are under
"Control Panel" and I have already removed the printer from this location.
But the Epson Printer remains as a program under "Start...Program
Files...Epson" . Is this a problem? I am trying to clean up and make room
on this computer.

Thank You
