When I try to *uninstall* some programs (i.e. Cisco VPN client), I get the
message "Another program is being installed. Please wait until that
installation is complete, and then try installing this software again". (I'm
not tryin to install anything).
Microsoft Office 2007 Standard will also not complete the installation.
I've tried stopping startup, stopping unnecesasry services, and rebooting
but I get the same results.
