UNinstall ICRA

PLEASE -- I purchased WinXP today and was very displeased
to find that I could not access a game at a very non-
offensive site. It turns out to be due to this ICRA-
thing. This was NOT listed on the packaging.

All of the "help" I have found has said how to UNinstall
it from everything EXCEPT WinXP! It is NOT in the
Add/Remove Programs list in the Control Panel.

Every attempt to "adjust" the limits does no good.
